CANCELLATION POLICY
Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. No call/no-shows will be charged the entire service price scheduled. If payment cannot be processed you will be required to pay in full before your next booking. Need to reschedule or cancel? Not a problem! Feel free to text, email, or do so online at anytime. Please notify me within a 48 hour window! Failure to notify me, 30% of the service scheduled will be charged to card on file. 20 minute grace period: If you are running late, give me a heads up! Call or text me. After 20 minutes your appointment will be rescheduled if I no longer have the time to perform the service. Any deposits that are taken are non refundable but do go towards your total. Thank you for being mindful and respectful of my time and other clients time!
